Seller Shipping & Delivery

When you purchase an item from a seller at Halal Commerce  Marketplace, you pay immediately, online. Included in your payment is a pre-calculated fee for shipping.

Rates are based on shipping a single item. Purchasing multiple items results in multiple shipping charges - there are no "per shipment" and "per item" charges. To see the shipping pre-calculated rate, add an item to the cart, view the cart summary, input postal code, country, city, to get live rate shipping cost.
In exception with FREE Shipping offer by the seller, you won't see charges, however, you need to choose the carrier method of delivery.

When you placed an order on our site is handle by the seller, processing, shipment, and delivery. Halal Commerce does not handle any of your shipments, refunds, returns exchange, or delivery, except if the marketplace direct orders. All sellers of the Halal Commerce Marketplace are responsible for the order delivery by the supported country ( Canada & USA) respectively.

Seller at Halal Commerce marketplace can determine which country to ship to i.e buyer in Canada or the USA. they also can set their choice of carriers, such as local delivery and our standard delivery carriers as well. Our platform only allowed sellers to ship in North America.

Despatching New Order

Halal Commerce marketplace expects our seller must despatch all orders within 24 hours to 48 hours after receiving the order from the buyer. If any question or concern with the order seller has the right to verify with the buyer at pre-preparation of the shipment.

Sellers work hard to ensure that stock is on hand for delivery, but occasionally the availability of a listed item will change by the time an order is placed. If a seller is unable to deliver your order, they should refund you promptly so that you can place a new order.

Order Tracking
After placing an order, you will receive an email acknowledgment. This will be followed by another email once the Seller has verified your payment details and approved your order for shipping including the shipping tracking number of your purchase. You will receive notifications of the order tracking number. You can track your order from the buyer account dashboard.

All items are shipped directly from our Sellers. If you have ordered items from more than one Store, you will receive separate shipping from each Shop. You will receive regular email updates on the shipping status of your order. If you have further queries, please contact the Seller directly.

Order Delivery

Shipping delivery by carrier responsibility, however, if there is an unexpected delay, due to weather, other road conditions, or didn't arrive order on time, shipping time may vary. Any issue you are encountering, please contact the seller directly. Halal Commerce has set higher expectations on-time delivery from our marketplace seller.

Cancellations
You can cancel your order, for any reason, up to the moment it is processed by our site. Once it has been processed, you cannot cancel, but you may return your order. You can contact the Seller directly.

Return Merchandise
Seller working hard to meet your highest expectation, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item to the seller by requesting "RMA" within 7 working days. Log into your buyer account, navigate the order #, and open the RMA request. Do not return the item without RMA or contacting the seller directly. 

If your order is qualified for returns you will be issued RMA# or reference # by the seller. You need to return an item within 15 working days to the seller.

Please note that especially some products such as beauty care, cosmetics, food, cannot be returned for health and safety reasons after opened. If you received delivery at the door damaged, unopened box, you can request returns or refunds directly with the seller.

Refunds & Exchange

If your order is canceled after pre-processing shipment, the seller will issue instant refunds,
If your order is processed, shipped by the seller, you can contact the seller after the order delivers it to you for exchange or refunds credit, as per to Seller Store Policy.

Please note that you have 15 days upon the dispatch of your order to contact the Seller should you not receive it. If you contact the Seller after this 15 day period, the Seller cannot guarantee your refund.

To request a dispute of the order or payment, contact the seller directly, if you need help resolving your issue which you cannot resolute with the Seller, contact Halal Commerce directly to customer support. We will do everything to resolve your concern with the seller.

Customer Clearance & Imported Tax

Halal Commerce lists many sellers on the platform from local and US. All customer orders will be shipped directly from the seller. Products going out to the US and coming to Canada may incur import duty and customs charges. 

In most cases, any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. Any charges on a parcel including the customs charges must be paid by the person receiving the parcel. The Seller recommends you contact your local customs border service authority  (CBSA) to determine an imported cost price prior to purchase completion.
